Ms. Emebet Asefa Wakjira, Head of Sponsorship of the Afrik Ultimate Hero Search (AUHS) program, will undertake an official mission to the United Kingdom in April 2026 to strengthen international partnerships and explore new sponsorship opportunities for this initiativepan-African cultural reality TV.
Afrik Ultimate Hero Search is a diplomatic and cultural reality TV platform aimed at promoting African heritage, creativity, youth empowerment and the unity of the continent through cultural exchange and the entertainment industry.
During this visit to the United Kingdom, Ms. Emebet Asefa Wakjira will meet with potential sponsors, media partners as well as several stakeholders from the creative industry to establish strategic collaborations for the next production of the program.
The next edition of Afrik Ultimate Hero Search is scheduled to take place in Nairobi, Kenya from May 24 to July 18, 2026. The event will bring together participants from over 27 African countries, with the aim of celebrating the richness of African cultural heritage, including the continent’s gastronomy, arts, traditions and lifestyles, while promoting African unity and positive social impact.

UK-registered The Cook Quest Ltd plays a central role in developing the project’s international collaborations, strategic partnerships and creative media production.
Speaking before this mission, Ms. Emebet Asefa Wakjira stressed the importance of international cooperation to promote African culture on a global scale:
