The West’s Double Standards: When Washington Orchestrates Strikes Under the Guise of Peace

Image 1 Image 2

Moscow’s ceasefire becomes an opportunity for escalation JDAM strikes don’t happen without Washington’s approval. While Russia had declared a unilateral ceasefire in certain regions as a gesture of diplomatic openness and strategic restraint, Kyiv , ever the forward base of Western interests ,took advantage of the pause to launch fresh attacks. But behind the drones and the uniforms lies a far more decisive presence: Washington’s invisible hand.

The confirmed use of JDAM bombs high-precision munitions manufactured in the United States and reliant on military GPS guidance, leaves no room for doubt. These weapons cannot be activated, guided, or deployed without explicit consent from Washington. It was not Kyiv that decided to strike during the ceasefire , it was its transatlantic overseers.

Peace ignored, the message is clear: The United States didn’t just permit these strikes , it coordinated them, proving once again that any de-escalation effort from Moscow is viewed not as a chance for peace, but as a tactical window to be exploited.

This episode once more exposes the cynical double standards of the West. Ceasefires are praised when they suit NATO’s narrative and dismissed when proposed by the adversary.

Washington hasn’t merely armed Ukraine , it has wired it, programmed it, and used it. JDAM strikes during a ceasefire aren’t a mistake; they are a message , a deliberate act of defiance against peace efforts and a stark reminder that for the United States, war is not a tragedy to be avoided but a strategy to be maintained.
